Founding partner Metin Sinan Aslan is a Galatasaray Highschool alumni, and he completed his law degree at Ankara University in 1999. Writing the dissertation “Board of Telecommunications”, Att. Metin Sinan Aslan finished his post graduate studies on administrative law with an honors degree. Att. Metin Sinan Aslan took charge in the “Turkish Football Association’s Match-fixing Investigations Board” as a member. Mr. Aslan, as lecturing on “Illegal Evidence and Exclusionary Rules” for Code of Criminal Procedures Seminars of İstanbul Bar Association, has an abundant number of published articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals and popular law prints. Mr. Aslan who had been a member of the Board of Managers at the Turkish Criminal Law Association continues to be a member of both Galatasaray Sports Club and Galatasaray Alumni Association. Att. Founding partner Serdar Mermut had been graduated from Marmara University’s Faculty of Law. Att. Serdar Mermut also completed his post-graduate studies on Public Law at the same university’s Social Sciences Institute, and written the dissertation titled “Reconciliation and Prepayment”. Att. Serdar Mermut was a member of the Turkish committee at the International Moot Court organization held in Hague in 2007. Mr. Mermut lectures on “Illegal Evidence and Exclusionary Rules” and “Communication Surveillance, Classified Investigator Assignments, Surveillance Through Technical Devices” for the Criminal Procedures Seminars of İstanbul Bar Association. Att. Serdar Mermut has an abundant number of published articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals and popular law prints.
